(More customer reviews)I bought these (this) poster to add to our home gym for referance (and to settle arguments about what muscle is what etc.) I am very pleased with the quality & illustrations.I put them in plastic frames, even thought they're laminated, and they fit well & were easier to mount on the wall. I recomend this series of posters.
