(More customer reviews)The belt wears very comfortably because it is adjustable length wise and hasa good amount of padding. Compared to a vest, it has the advantages of 1. not making you sweat as much and 2. being a lot cheaper. I love the product and it has made my workout more strenuous just as I wanted.
