(More customer reviews)bought these to wear in my baseball cleats as I have gotten shin splints from running on hard, dry dirt in seasons past.so far so good.perhaps could use a little more cushioning, but their main function is to help eliminate pressure points of the cleats.arch support is average, maybe above average.seem to resist odor pretty well, but they are still fairly new.only used in cleats for a couple practices, so hard to say how they will hold up over the entire season.
I bought a 2nd pair for another pair of shoes and have been happy wearing these in everyday work shoes as well.
