(More customer reviews)I bought the wobble board because I used one like it in physical therapy.For foot and leg exercises, it is great.I also tried some of the exercises on the leaflet that came with the wobble board. The exercises were challenging and fun.
It is difficult to do the exercises which require sitting on the wobble board due to the bumps.
