I was very tempted to spend less on a mat, especially because many mats that are half the price have hundreds of great reviews, but this mat is worth every penny and has totally changed my practice. It is the perfect mat, and the eQua towel is FAR superior to the microfiber mat towel I used before. Highly recommended.
