(More customer reviews)I spend a lot of time in front of the computer doing this & that and I'll just grab this up every so often and toss it back between my hands or do the exercises that come in the box.I've had this a little over a week and I can definitely tell it's working already.It's weighted just right and it doesn't even feel like I'm actually exercising at all which makes it more fun.
