VERY fast rebound and well balanced and pretty quiet.Was a joy to hit.Now for the reason it gets only 2 stars....it fell apart in 2 weeks.3 of the 6 seams started splitting really bad. I had to return it to Amazon to get a refund. I went with another speed bag by everlast which is leather.It's not nearly as fast and is a little bigger....but it is showing no wear after a month of beatings.If this bag was made of more durable materials, I'd try it again.
